SHIPPING POLICY / FAQS

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Please allow 7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. You will be notified via email with your tracking number when your order package label is printed. This does NOT mean your order has shipped. Once your order label is printed, please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update. 

Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day. 

MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?


USPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your local post office.

SHIPPING ADDRESS ISSUES

Sadly there is no way to correct shipping address information. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information. We will not be held responsible for any shipping address discrepancies such as: lost, stolen, misplaced or incorrectly delivered shipments. 

DELIVERY FAILED

If your order is returned to us by USPS due to any address discrepancies, you will be notified and completely refunded. 

WHY IS MY ORDER STILL IN “PRE-SHIPMENT“?

Tracking numbers are sent when shipping labels are printed for your order. Your tracking number will update as soon as USPS scans your order in. Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for USPS to update your order’s status. 

OVERSOLD ITEMS

In the rare occasion that an item has been oversold and we are not able to ship an item, you will be notified and refunded for the order. If your order contains multiple items and an item is no longer available we will refund you for the unavailable item and ship the rest of your order regularly.
